Terms of Service

TAP | The Alchemist Protocol

Effective date: May 10, 2026 · Last updated: May 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using TAP — including taking the Executive Discipline Score (EDS), submitting an application, or using the Lab portal — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TAP | The Alchemist Protocol (“TAP,” “we,” “us”), operated by Georges Najjar from Quebec, Canada.

2. The service

TAP is a private mastery platform that combines structured knowledge, refined protocol, and disciplined daily practice into an operating framework for adults seeking to install consistent personal standards.

The current public components include:

  • Executive Discipline Score (EDS) — a free behavioral assessment
  • 12-Week Transformation Lab — a paid invite-only structured installation program
  • The Alchemist Protocol OS (launching in future) — an ongoing operating environment for graduates
  • The Alchemist Circle (launching in future) — a higher-touch refinement layer

TAP is not a medical service, not healthcare, not therapy, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice from licensed practitioners. See Section 8 for important health disclaimers.

3. Eligibility

To use TAP you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate information when registering, applying, or submitting check-ins
  • Not be barred from using the service under applicable law

The 12-Week Transformation Lab and ongoing membership tiers are invite-only and require submission of an application and successful completion of a screening process. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of TAP.

4. Your account

If accepted into the Lab, you will receive access to a private member portal at lab.thealchemistprotocol.com.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access — see our Privacy Policy for contact details, or use our contact form

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

5. Membership, payment, and refunds

Lab membership is a one-time fee for the 12-week structured program, payable in full at acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is communicated during the application and screening process.

Subscription tiers (Protocol OS and Circle, when available) bill on a monthly recurring basis until cancelled.

Refunds:

  • Lab fees are non-refundable once the onboarding call has been completed and your blueprint has been built. Prior to the onboarding call, refunds may be granted at our discretion.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months.
  • For exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, etc.), contact us — we evaluate case by case.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt collection and may suspend access until the issue is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in termination.

Price changes: We may change prices for new members or for renewals at any time. Active Lab cohorts are protected at the price agreed at enrollment for the duration of their 12-week program.

6. Your inputs and our intellectual property

You own your inputs. Your check-in responses, intake answers, body metrics, support messages, and other content you submit to TAP remain yours.

We grant you a license to use the protocol. The TAP system, the Executive Discipline Score methodology, the protocol library, the daily check-in framework, the Identity Lock concept, the brand vocabulary (“Drift,” “Personal Command,” “NO DRIFT”), and all related materials are the intellectual property of TAP, protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for the duration of your membership, solely for your own use.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize TAP content, methodology, or materials
  • Use TAP materials to build a competing service or product
  • Reverse engineer the TAP system or attempt to extract proprietary methodology
  • Share your account credentials with anyone, including spouses, friends, or family
  • Use the service to harm, defame, or violate the rights of others

We grant TAP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your inputs (anonymized) to operate, improve, and refine the service in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use TAP only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Submit false or misleading information in any form (EDS, application, intake, check-ins)
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, RLS policies, or access controls
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the platform
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security
  • Use the platform to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
  • Disclose other members' identities or share their personal information

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Important health disclaimers

TAP IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

TAP provides structured frameworks for behavioral discipline and personal standards. We are not licensed medical providers, dietitians, psychologists, fitness coaches, or therapists. The protocols delivered through TAP are based on general principles of structured behavior and are not personalized medical recommendations.

Before beginning any TAP protocol, you should:

  • Consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have any medical condition, take medications, are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have any health concern
  • Disclose to your medical providers that you are using TAP
  • Not stop or modify any prescribed medical treatment based on TAP guidance

You acknowledge that:

  • You participate in TAP at your own risk
  • TAP is not responsible for any injury, adverse health outcome, or other harm you may experience
  • Behavioral changes (training, dietary changes, fasting, supplementation, etc.) carry inherent risks that you accept
  • You are responsible for your own decisions about your health

If you experience any adverse effects, stop participation immediately and consult a qualified medical professional.

9. Disclaimers of warranty

TAP is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The protocol will produce specific results for you (results vary by individual)
  • The platform will be free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or service interruptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions, our warranties are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAP, its founder, employees, contractors, and operators are NOT liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
  • Health, medical, psychological, or fitness outcomes
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid TAP in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAP, its founder, employees, contractors, and operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Your inputs or content submitted through the service

12. Termination

By you: You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for contact details, or use our contact form. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly granted in Section 5.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Behavior that disrupts other members or TAP staff
  • Failure to pay
  • Conduct that brings TAP into disrepute
  • Any other reason at our reasonable discretion

Upon termination, your access to the Lab portal and member services ends. We retain your data per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • Material changes will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days in advance
  • The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change
  • Previous versions are available on request

Continued use of TAP after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution:

  • We encourage you to contact us first — see our Privacy Policy for contact details, or use our contact form — to resolve any dispute informally. We will respond promptly and in good faith.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
  • For users in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration is required by law, applicable arbitration procedures apply.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and TAP regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreements.
